Experience: 2+ years in retail or food service management
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality or relevant field
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Manage inventory, place orders for ingredients and track stock levels.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by handling queries and complaints.
- Supervise and train staff members, ensuring adherence to hygiene & service standards.
- Maintain accurate sales records, cash handling and financial reports.
- Implement marketing and promotional activities to boost sales.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, hygiene and food safety regulations.
Location: Franchise Kitchen
Experience: 1+ year in food production or ice cream making (preferred)
Qualification: High school diploma or certification in Food Production is a plus
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare ice creams using the authentic kothi method, ensuring taste and consistency.
- Follow strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
- Maintain quality control of ingredients and final products.
- Assist in managing kitchen inventory and stock levels.
- Work efficiently to meet customer demand and minimize wastage.
Location: Franchise Counter
Experience: 1+ year in a cashier role, preferably in food or retail
Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operate the POS system for billing and order processing.
- Handle cash, credit/debit transactions, UPI payments with accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting with inquiries.
- Maintain daily sales reports and ensure transaction accuracy.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff for smooth order delivery.
Location: Franchise Store
Experience: Fresher or 6+ months in food service (preferred)
Qualification: No formal education required; training will be provided
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve ice creams and beverages to customers courteously.
- Ensure cleanliness of dining areas, tables and store premises.
- Assist in packaging orders for takeaways.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing friendly service.
- Support kitchen staff and cashier as needed.
